Meraki Caravan

Our repertoire includes folk and fusion arrangements of both traditional songs and contemporary music from various regions and styles such as the Balkans, Romani, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Mediterranean, and more. 

Our dancers perform a variety of styles ranging from Raqs Sharqi, Turkish, Romani styles, various folk dances from the MENAHT regions (Middle Eastern, North African, Hellenic, & Turkish), American Cabaret, fusion belly dance, Indian, Andalusian, and more. 

The meaning of the Greek word, "meraki", is to put the essence of yourself, your creativity, passion and love into what you do. 

Our goal is to share our meraki with you through music and dance.
